Yoga & Movement

We offer a full schedule of classes drawn from the disciplines of Yoga, Chigong, Body Alignment, Meditation and Caring classes. Our movement rooms are beautiful, open, and filled with natural light. CoWorking with Wisdom also offers instruction in opening the heart and in developing skill in meditation.

When classes are not in session, you can always step into the Movement Room. Take a couple of minutes – or longer – to stretch, do some yoga or meditation.
